Eddie Foy III Foundation The purpose of the foundation is to financially assist in furthering the education of performers of all ages in the entertainment industry. Most sincerely, Hello, The Eddie Foy III Foundation was formed to nurture young artists and to memorialize the legacy of one of America’s most important entertainment families, THE FOYS. The foundation is dedicated to cultivating new talent and giving financial assistance to performers of all ages and backgrounds to further their education in the performing arts. The Foy family is one of the oldest entertainment families in American history, dating back to the days of pre-Vaudeville. Eddie Foy III is the last of the great Foys from a showbiz legacy that spans over three generations and which will be impossible to ever duplicate again.
